Content Manager don't open at startup
Sometime when you i open the softwar content manager show warning: Failed to connect to the local database.....
Or connection issue but my internet is fully working.

Same here! Tried many things: disable firewall, anti-virus, running as administrator. Sometimes it just work, but most of the time not.
