Issue 11536
Content Creator 4 crashes when "Loading slider and UI" on loading
Steps that led to the problem:

1. Open Reallusion Hub
2. Click Open Content Creator 4
3. See Load Screen
4. See "Loading slider and UI"

Note that I'm using Parallels Mac on a silicon Apple M1. I had successfully used the trial versions of CC4 and other Reallusion products in this environment with no problems.

Could you upgrate to the latest version and  try again?
If it still happened please provide your crash dump to help us clarify the issue, you can also find your crash dump under this path
-C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
If you can't find your crash dump,please activate this .reg file and try again.

And Then please Attach the file in your next comment. You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. 
You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
