How to reproduce: 1. Create new project 2. Click on Load neutral base 3. Add shirt "Crop t-shirt A1" (content ID JCC93f1cd9c52aec3640) 4. Click on tab "Appearance" 5. Click on "Outfits" 6. Select Substance Material 7. Select PBR_V1_3MAT 8. Click on Activate Appearance Editor
Issue: It reverts substance material back to MaterialModifier with almost nothing options
Expected: It uses substance material PBR_V1_3MAT allowing Dirt, Dust, etc.
Workaround: copy PBR_V1_3MAT to folder where MaterialModifier is and renamed to MaterialModifier, but on activating editor it removes all original textures.
