Cannot download Packs from Content Manager
When I try to download Packs appeared this error:

Failed to download content.
Please check your internet connection, or contact the author to confirm that the content is still available.

I was having the same problem because the antivirus firewall when I added an exception to CC it started downloading.

FML I have the same issue and Reallusion support just don't get the point!
