Hi, I've purchased Iclone 8 and Character Creator 4 but I can't download the free Trial content from the market place. When I double click on the trial pack or item. When I check the "view installing list", the downloads freeze at 10% and loops forever (In Iclone and Character Creator). Whatever if the content is from Reallusion or from someone else.

I also had the same problem when I was using the softwares trial version.
However I can download all the free content from the market place so it's really weird.
