Can not klick "target tool preset" or FBX options" while exporting as fbx

Hi, i want to export a character as fbx, but i can not klick the button next to "target tool preset" or "fbx options".

OS: Windows 11

Same issue here, cannot change the 'target tool preset' option in export FBX panel
Followed the instructions and attached the ezip file.

Could you try to update the program to CC4.2 then check if the issue persists?
