CC4 keeps crashing when trying to export obj
Hi,

CC4 keeps crashing while exporting even after complete reinstallation of the program. I get no report notes, just a crash. I even tried updating to 4.31 (used to have 4.2 when it started crashing), nothing helps. It crashes with every project, even when I am trying to export obj of just default CC4 character.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hi PerunCreative,

Please go to Edit menu and choose Preference.Uncheck Environment Reflection in Real-time Render Options section,and try it again.

If it won't crash,please update NVIDIA driver to the latest version.

If it will still crash,please provide your crashdump file to us.You can find crashdump file from here:
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\CrashDumps

You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
