I followed your offical guide on Character Creator 3.4 Tutorial - Animate Characters with Unreal Live Link Face. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkO3hoQegH4). After importing every single variation of avatar (CC3, CC3+ extended, CC4), I couldn't animate the face, just the head rotation. In the blueprint provided, you can't choose the ex_plusremap in the retargeting (That is, after setting the mobile device). What happens, is that it simply ignores the input and sets it back to "None". In fact, it approves any other Retarget except the EXPLus_remap (i.e LiveLinkRemap asset) As a result only head rotation and map opening can be setted up from the event graph.
To be clear, the face animation works with Live Face in Iclone 7 and 8, so something seems to be going bad in the process. Would appreicate your help on this.

Please try to copy the ExPlus_remap to your fbx skeleton folder, and Save All.
Sometimes Unreal won't locate the proper file until it saved.
One more known issue, CC4 got new Expression Set : Extended & Standard, these sets didn't support this plugin.
We will update the mapping profile in future!
