The softare crashes a bit too often for my liking. Especially when there is no auto save and therefore all the work is lost. As a new user I am still finding my feet and trying different things, but nothing especially taxing I would have thought. It is difficult to say how often but more than I would have expected. I don't seem to have problems with any other software that I run on the PC. I bought a new PC to ensure that it would be able to run CA4 without a problem. Even if there was an auto save function it would help mitigate the issue.

I could not do as requested as the app once again today crashed and the app closes. Hence when you go onto task manager there is no option to view CA4 see below...

Please try again
Step1: When the AP crashes, please do not close the crash dialog
Step2: Open the Task Manager
Step3: Click the "Processes" tab
Step4: Right-click on the "CTA AP"
Step5: Click the "Create dump file"
You will get the crash dump, please send it to us.

I followed the instructions above.
After CA4 crashed today, I searched for %APPDATA%\CartoonAnimator\CrashDump
But I could not find this in any of the drives???
