BuildingGen - French Style Add-on - missing probably all parts - count 2297 (iprop, imtplus)
Hi, I have a problem with the purchased product "BuildingGen Plugin for iClone 8 + BuildingGen - French Style". Everything works fine, the basic product/plugin BuildingGen Sampler generates everything correctly. But the problem is in the add-on that I purchased as part of the package. Whenever I want to switch to "French Style", iClone 8 reports an error by displaying many missing parts of this plugin, namely iProps and iMaterial (see attached screenshot). I tried to uninstall, reinstall, restart this addon but still with the same problem. Either some parts of the French Style plugin are really missing, or there is a bug in the plugin program itself.

When I click the missing part (2297 in total), the "French Style" is displayed for use (see second screenshot) in the "New Building" window, i.e. it switches from the basic package to the French Style add-on, but when I want to generate anything, I click on the "Build" button, again an error message appears with a list of all the missing iprops in the number according to what I want to generate (see the third screenshot). It just seems that the addon is incorrectly/incomplete downloaded from your server and simply most of its parts are missing. I have 40GB free on my disk and during the installation of the iClone addon it doesn't even report any problem.

When I search for the folder where the parts are stored, it really seems that the whole folder is missing, BuildingGen-Sampler has it, but French Style does not, there is only the base file - French Style.iBuildingConfig (see the fourth screenshot)

Based on the attached image, it seems that not all of the content from the French Style Pack has been installed.
Please first remove the Pack > run Refresh > reinstall the Pack, and then try again to see if it works correctly.
If the missing file message still appears, please check if there are any files in the \Reallusion Templates\Props\BuildingGen-French Style folder.
If the files are present but it still doesn't function properly, or if the reinstallation doesn't install the correct files, please reply to let us know.
