Are collections synced to our account if we decide to uninstall and reinstall iclone 8.52?
Recently we were considering uninstalling and reinstalling iclone 8.52. We've done a lot of animation, so just want to make sure we don't do more damage that good. ie. paths, folders, collections, tags etc etc. Is there a way to make sure we can still access our work after the install? Thanks again.

I apologize for this and it may be simple.  But what is AP?  Are you saying APP?  Just making sure I follow.

Hi studioplaceofficial,

Apologies for the confusion. My wording may not have been precise enough. What I meant was that after reinstalling iClone , the Custom Folder and Collection data will remain intact. However, if you are concerned about losing your Collection settings, you can use the Content Manager’s Export Data feature to back up your Collection data.

I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.

Thank you for your feedback.

If you reinstall AP, your custom folders, paths, and tags will be retained. When you reopen AP, you will still see your previously configured data.

If you are concerned about losing your tag and collection settings, you can use Content Manager > Menu > Export Data to back up your collection information. After reinstalling, you can restore the collection data by using Import Data.
