1, Reallusion Hub installing is failed or canceled. 2,Smart Content is Failed to connect to the local database
HI, Iam Akhil after the purchase of CC4 the i have faced an error while installing it through "Reallusion Hub" (installing is failed or canceled), please check the screen shot error 1 .
Then i manage to install the CC4 by using the traditional way finding .exe file in RL download , But after installing the product, i couldn't find the content. ( Please check the screenshot : Error 2 ) . It shows Smart content manager is Failed to connect to the local database.
I have done a Network Diagnostic in Reallusion Hub and seen some " General site 1 and 2 is failed. ( screenshot : Error 3 )
Please look into this and hoping to get me a solution as soon as possible.
