  3. I already have a PRIME subscription. How would I start a workgroup?
    You have the option to upgrade directly to your preferred workgroup plan: either PRIME for Team or PRIME for Business. We will calculate the remaining days of your PRIME subscription and apply this as a discount towards the upgrade cost. 

    Both PRIME for Team and PRIME for Business plans include the benefits of a regular PRIME membership. Not only do Workgroup Owners receive a 15% discount on all purchases, but Power Users and Administrators also benefit from this discount when making purchases for the workgroup.
  4. How do I migrate to another workgroup plan?
    You can purchase your desired workgroup plan here and smoothly transition to the new service. This method removes the need to share your account credentials and grants you full management control over assets and procurement within the new workgroup.

    Workgroup management comprises member and license supervision mechanisms:

  6. What is the difference between the workgroup member slot and a user license seat?
    Workgroup member slots refer to the maximum number of RL user accounts that can be part of the workgroup. Conversely, user license seats indicate the maximum number of workstations that can concurrently share the same software license.
  7. Are contractors with their own Reallusion software able to join my workgroup?
    Certainly! Collaborating with outsourced partners is a common scenario for workgroup usage. Outsourced partners can utilize their own software to join the workgroup without occupying the owner's license seat. Alternatively, they can temporarily utilize the workgroup's license and have it reclaimed at the conclusion of the project.
  8. What's the purpose of delegated procurement in a workgroup?
    Subscribing to PRIME for Business is recommended to streamline procurement processes. Workgroup Owners can purchase and allocate DA points to Power Users and Administrators and limit their budgets. DA points are usable across all Reallusion online stores, including the Software Store, Content Store, ActorCore, and Marketplace.
  9. How can Workgroup Owners track DA expenditures?
    Using the Marketplace transaction history, Workgroup Owners have the ability to review all DA points expenditures, generate reports and delve into transaction details.   10. Can I change my subscription?
    At any time, you have the option to switch between regular PRIME, PRIME for Team, or PRIME for Business subscriptions. For upgrades to a more expensive plan, the remaining value of the current plan will be redeemed as a discount towards payment. See How >
  11. What occurs if the workgroup subscription lapses or is not renewed?
    Workgroup subscriptions typically renew automatically on an annual basis. However, in the event of a lapse due to expiration, cancellation, or payment failure, there is a grace period of two months. Within this timeframe, Workgroup Owners have the opportunity to reverse the cancellation and uphold an active status by submitting a payment.

    1. Sign Up
       
      Reallusion PRIME Membership is available to all Reallusion members to sign up, which includes PRIME for Team & PRIME for Business. Please follow the steps below:
      • Sign up and log in to your Reallusion Account.
      • Click the "subscription" icon and click "Subscribe to Reallusion PRIME."
      • Fill in the billing and payment details in the shopping cart.
      • When the payment succeeds, the subscription is active automatically.
      • The PRIME member extra 15% off will be applied automatically in the shopping cart.
         
    2. Subscription Period

      The billing cycle of any Reallusion PRIME Membership is twelve (12) months and will be automatically renewed at the end of your billing cycle unless it is canceled or terminated. You can sign up at any time, for example: if you sign up for Reallusion PRIME (Member/ for Team / for Business) on May 5th, 2024, your subscription will renew on May 5th, 2025, and so on.
       
    3. Subscription Fees

      The Subscription Fee may be vary based on the selected membership. The membership fee for the Reallusion PRIME Membership and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as local taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the Account Page. If you fail to make payment at the deadline, your subscription will be canceled and you will need to subscribe again in order to receive benefits.

      If you do not want to automatically pay the Reallusion PRIME subscription fee, you must cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date. You can cancel the subscription at any time before its expiry by logging into your Account Page.
       
    4. Subscription Benefits

      You will receive the below benefits in your Reallusion PRIME annual subscription plan.

      • PRIME discount on all Reallusion stores, including Online Software Store, Content Store, Marketplace, and ActorCore. *Does not apply for purchasing DA points
      • PRIME discount is on top of store price, product coupon, and volume discount, and it is applied following the existing discount, rather than accumulating all discounts.

        We reserve the right to change the subscription benefits on Reallusion PRIME Membership at any time. Any benefit changes to your PRIME Membership subscription will be communicated to you with reasonable notice in advance through posting on website, e-mail, or any other way of communication we deem appropriate.
         
    5. Restriction
       
      • PRIME discount can not be applied to purchase DA points.
      • PRIME discount can not be used together with educational licensing.
         
    6. Billing and Cancellation

      6.1 Payment Method.
      To use the Reallusion PRIME Membership service, you must provide your Payment Method. The following payment methods are available for use: Visa and MasterCard.
      If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, your subscription will be cancelled until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method.

      6.2. Update your Payment Methods.
      You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. Please click the "Change Payment Method" button and fill out your new payment details.

      6.3. Cancellation.
      You can cancel your Reallusion PRIME Membership at any time by visiting your Account Page and adjusting your membership settings. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused PRIME service or benefits. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the PRIME service through the end of your billing period.
