Gloves and shoes templates are available for you to bring out the characteristics of the avatar.
Toggle to the Actor/Gloves menu and apply different glove templates.
When you have applied gloves that do not fit properly to the hands, you may use the CloneCloth technique to trim off the extra cloth/skin.
