    To join the Corporate Membership, first you need to become a Reallusion Premium Plus member. Then fill out the registration form. A business license, trademark, VAT number, or likewise certificates will be required for authentication. After the verification process, you will receive the benefits through email.
  4. When will I receive the notification email?
    We aim to review your documentation within 3 working days. Once the review process is complete, you will receive an email from us informing you of your corporate membership status. If you haven't received the email within the specified timeframe, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
  5. Where can I find my coupons?
    Your coupons will be included in the notification email confirming your corporate member status. Please check your designated member email for the coupon code. In the case that you have not received the email with the coupon, kindly reach out to our support team for assistance.
  6. Are there any limitations on the corporate coupons?
    Yes, there are a few limitations to keep in mind:
    • Minimum Order Value: The coupon is applicable when the order value is over $200.
    • Single Use: Each coupon can only be used once and cannot be combined with other order coupons. One order can only apply to one Corporate coupon.
    • Validity Period: The coupon is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
    Please note that the details of your coupon, including the expiration date, will be listed in the same email where you received the coupon code.

    Once you have received your coupon, you can start using it immediately and continue to do so until it expires. There is no specific waiting period before you can start utilizing the benefits of your corporate coupons.
