To customize your own puppet control profile, then you may need to manually adjust the weight of each feature.

Pick the desired features in the Solo Feature Selection pane.

Click the Advance Settings
 button to expand the weight pane.

Modify the values in the Weight column, of the corresponding feature, to specify
the weight movements triggered by your mouse.

You may need to preview the animations before saving them
as a custom profile. There are two methods to doing so:

Standard Method:

Click the Preview
 button.

Move your mouse cursor to the center of your display so
that you have enough space to move mouse up, down,
left and right for puppeteering.

Press the Space Bar to start previewing.
A crosshair shows where the mouse cursor is, to indicate the
position of a neutral expression.

Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until you obtain satisfying results.

If you are satisfied with the results, then click the
Save Puppet Profile
button to save your custom profile.
