Modular Street Construction Pack is from the Modular Building & Street Construction Bundle. 
This package provides street, pedestrian sidewalks and median strip construction modules that, in combination with the Snap feature of iClone, allow you to create a network of straight streets in a very easy and intuitive way, as if you were playing with LEGO pieces. No plug-ins are required. The pack works with just the standard tools of iClone 8.5 and above. This is a great complement for the buildings created with our Modular Building Construction Pack, or the buildings created with the Reallusion BuildingGen plug-in.

 

The modules have PBR textures, optimized meshes and optimized texture maps in order to ensure the best performance in real time animations while keeping a high level of realism.

 

The modules have UV maps that allow you to change the materials of the modules just dragging and dropping your own texture images into iClone’s Material Editor maps. (We recommend to use seamless textures).

 

The pack includes:

4 types of street modules with 10 material variations for each one (40 Props)

- Street Module Big (9 x 9 meters)

- Street Module Small (3 x 9 meters)

- Pedestrian Cross (3 x 9 meters)

- Street Intersection (9 x 9 meters)

 

4 types of sidewalk modules with 10 material variations for each one (40 Props)

- Sidewalk Middle Module with Curb (3 x 3 meters)

- Sidewalk Left Corner Module with Curb (3 x 3 meters)

- Sidewalk Right Corner Module with Curb (3 x 3 meters)

- Sidewalk Fill Module without Curb(3 x 3 meters)

 

3 Types of median strip modules with 11 material variations for each one (35 Props)

- Median Strip End Right (3 x 3 meters)

- Median Strip End Left (3 x 3 meters)

- Median Strip Middle (3 x 3 meters)

            (The texture variation nº 11 – (Grass), has 3 “Median Strip Middle“ seamless variations)

 

Making a total of 115 Props

 

NOTE: Please, watch the video tutorial included in the Pack Content Store website to learn how to use these props to create your streets.

 

The streets created can be exported to Unreal engine via FBX file and Reallusion Autosetup, or via Reallusion Livelink. Similarly, they can be exported to Nvidia Omniverse via USD file.

EXPORT and EXTENDED Licenses: We provide the extended Reallusion license in all our packs with no extra cost, so you are allowed to export this model in FBX format to game engines like Unreal or Unity, or to other animation tools like Blender, Maya or 3DMax, as well as to export the model in USD format to Nvidia Omniverse. The extended Reallusion license allows you to use this model in your commercial projects like video games or animated movies.
