Dirty Kitchen by SbbUtutuya

This package contains 35 props for making a room as shown in promos. The windows, fans, and cupboards are all set up with subprops so you can animate the windows opening, drawers opening and closing, cupboard doors opening and fans turning. etc. There are two base rooms supplied, one empty, the other furnished and ready to animate.

Use clipping planes on the supplied room to get closeups. Alternatively, use the props to create your own room and save the material files from the room walls and floors to apply to your own base room (textures for the room are in tile format).

Poly counts are fairly low on all props. High res textures with normal maps on all props.



Furnished Kitchen has the items in the room attached to the room as sub-props.
