Tugg is actually a time traveler who's dream was to live life as a caveman, so he stole Professor Deago's time device and traveled back to the Stone Age, when he arrived he destroyed the time device so he wouldn't be tempted to ever go back, years past and he learned how to fit in with the caveman community, and he raised a baby Dino he found alone in the wild and he named him Dino Rock, even though he lives like a caveman his language is still the way we talk today, but with an Hillbilly accent, and he is able to make out the caveman language by the mumbling tones and scratchy gibberish they use, but when Tugg talks the other cavemen and women are confused about what he is saying!
