This is the ''City Streets Facilities Vol.1 Construction Kit'' by Bigboss.

This pack include a total of 15 Fully Textured Facilities Building Props (4 Restaurants, 2 Spas, 4 Hotels, 1 Large Motel, 1 Multi-Level Parking, 2 Car Dealers and one Car Repair Shop) plus a Ground Base. The Building Props are optimized to provide highly detailed facades featuring separate materials for individual structure parts such as floor, door frames, doors, indents, wall mounted lights, stairs, miniroofs, ledges, sidings, fixtures, covers, roof antennas, roof buildings, roof sides, roof, numerous windows and window types, window blinds, window shutters, miscellaneous metal parts, interior walls, roof drain, wall pillars, porches, staircases, balconies and more. You can also further customize each building by applying new materials or by baking substances materials to individual structure parts.

Note: Several buildings have Billboard signs you can further customize to brand your scene.


Best Used in any city scene requiring good quality lighting and close-ups on Buildings.


Method of Use:

1) Start by loading the Ground Base (to attach all buildings)
2) Apply the desired buildings to your scene
3) Multi-Duplicate buildings that are used several times to optimize texture map resource usage
4) Parent all Buildings to the Ground Base
5) Select the Ground Base and Auto-Link All Material Textures from the modify materials panel to save on resources
6) Optionally add and position individual point lights INSIDE buildings to create great lighting effect for night scenes

About Bigboss City Streets Props:

Bigboss City Streets Props use a very small polygon footprint and high resolution PBR shader Maps. You can also apply and Bake other PBR Substances to each Tile or Prop Material to further customize your assets providing you with a high value pack with endless capabilities.
