1. Annual Plan Purchase Instructions:
The 3D Essentials Annual Plan is available for all Reallusion account holders. To subscribe, follow these steps:
- Sign up or log in to your Reallusion account.
- Navigate to the 3D Essentials Annual Plan product page on the Reallusion Content Store.
- Select the suite you wish to purchase and click Get One Year.
- Complete the billing and payment details on the checkout page.
- Wait for your payment to process and your Annual Plan to activate.
- Open iClone or Character Creator, and your new content will appear in the Smart Content Manager.
2. Annual Plan Validity Period:
The Annual Plan is billed on a 12-month cycle and will automatically renew at the end of each term, unless manually canceled or terminated due to unmet conditions.
For example, if you purchase the plan on March 12th, 2025, your next renewal will occur on March 12th, 2026, with subsequent renewals every year after that.
3. Annual Fee:
The annual fee of $199.00 is charged for each individual suite. If payment is not made by the deadline, your Annual Plan will automatically terminate, and you will need to renew to regain access to the content.
To avoid automatic charges, you must cancel the renewal before the next renewal date. You can cancel at any time before the plan expires by logging into your account and visiting the
Account > Subscription page.
4. Billing and Cancellation:
To apply for and maintain your Annual Plan, you must provide a valid payment method. Accepted payment processors include Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other issues, your subscription will be discontinued until the balance is settled. Some payment processors may apply additional fees, such as foreign transaction charges.
- Updating Payment Methods:
You can update your payment method by visiting the
Account > Subscription page and clicking the "Change Payment Method" button to enter your new payment details.
- Subscription Cancellation:
You can cancel your Annual Plan subscription at any time by going to the
Account > Subscription page and adjusting your account settings.
Payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used Annual Plan periods or unused services, features, or benefits. After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to the Annual Plan benefits until the end of the current billing period.
