I believe the iClone 7 "shadow catcher" functionality solves this issue, and this should be marked as "Released."

I completely agree!!! Now I'm forced to "build" a floor that has to match with the background video when I want to make a compositing using iClone models with real footage.

I believe this request refers to the "Drop Shadows" that were in iClone 5 but are not in iClone 6.

Yes, at the vey least, restore that functionality for floor and wall planes.

This is very important for compositing an iClone character in front of a 2D background.
