iray does not use nvdia 3090
Hello,
I followed the advice given by Joanne regarding the fact that when I want to render scene using my Nvidia 3090 it is not used at all, and only possible by CPU.
I did everything as written, but when replace the plugin with downloaded beta the Iray option simply disapear from iClone. I mean when I click PLUGINS in to menu I can see only Character Creator... and Smart Gallery.
When I revert all and put old iray files in C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Shared Plugins the iray option apears again in iClone ( but nVidia does not work anyway)
Can you help?

Do you mean IRay Plugin failed to render?

If yes, we have a beta version for Iray. Please follow the workflow to install the beta version in your iClone.

1.Go to the "Shared Plugins" folder at your iClone installation path.
(ex. C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Shared Plugins)
2.Found and rename your "IClrayRender" Folder. (ex.ICIrayRender001)
3.Download the Beta Version by the Download Link below.
4.Extract the "IClrayRender" Folder in the zip then copy to the Path mentioned in step 1
5.Open the iClone to try does it work or not

When you are testing, first check out the Iray hardware settings whether it captures your GPU device.
