iface/ head swapping no longer works
In the content tab I used to be able to save out heads in a .iface format, and then apply different heads to different bodies. For some reason this no longer works, even for old files that haven't been modified since last year.

In character creator, it seems to only save out the morph of the head and not the texture

The specification is changed since iClone v7.81,both CC3 and CC3+ character can't save iFace.If you want to change head for character,you can go to Character Creator:
Step1: save AvatarPreset for Head in Content Manager
Step2: Apply AvatarPreset to character which you want,and save iAvatar or Send to iClone

I've been trying this with the older CC3 base, not the CC3+ base which is why this issue is so weird. Everything about saving heads, or swapping heads in iclone is greyed out/incompatible

As I know only CC1 can save as iface format.

Which character base that you were using to save as iface format?
CC3+ base can't save as iface format,
