iclone failed to load model from 3dxchange with the button apply to iclone

i turned a model into non standard character and tried to apply to iclone but i got these 2 errors

finally i saved the file as iavatar and then imported it to iclone

OS: Windows 10

Can you provide your character to us?If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.Your help is highly appreciated.

Hi ahingel,

I have converted to non standard character and then press the "Apply to iClone" button. It can be loaded into iClone normally. Can you send your file to us for testing? Thank you.
