iclone crashes on when lauching
hi my iclone 7 was working just find till last night after i installed the iray render once i purchased the iray render it told me i need to update my iclone and cc3 so my iclone updated to 7.6 and my cc3 to 3.1 and now both programs are crashing upon start up they try to open up but then they just stop i have a Ryzen 7 1700x eight core processor wit 800Gb of free space and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 can someone please help me asap because i downloaded the curve editor trial to see if i wanted to purchase it and i cant use it because program wont open and trial days are passing me by lol

Hi hazelelittle,

Have you try to uninstall CC3, and delete all the files inside CC install path. (Default install path : C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3), then re-install CC v3.11 again?
Also, Iray Render Plugin is already update to v1.21, please make sure you install the latest version and see if the issue still exist.

Hi hazelelittle,

Please uninstall Curve v1.2, and launch IC again. iClone7.6 need Curve v1.3, you can re-install Curve Editor 1.3 Trial from the Reallusion Hub. But we can Launch CC3.1.
Please provide CC3.1 log file and crash dump file to help us identify the problem. Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
