iclone 7.6 app has stopped working message on windows 7

I just upgraded to iclone 7.6 on Windows 7 and now I can't start the software. I am working on a project and I really don't need this!!! Please help!!!

Try right clicking on the shortcut and run as an administrator?  It states that it's for Windows 64-bit with Directx 11. You might want to check to see if you have 20-30 GB of Virtual memory assigned to your hard drives to avoid memory problems as well as a few GB of free space on C drive (I've ran out of space on C without getting a warning message from windows and was getting constant crashes.) Hope that helps.
