Could you help to run the Microsoft's DirectX diagnostic tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028644/windows-open-and-run-dxdiagexe and click the save all information button. send the "dxdiag.txt" file by email with title "FT3623" to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com, or weienchen@reallusion.com Thanks you : )
