iClone 7 fail to connect Leap motion via Motion Live
I recently purchased iClone 7, Motion Live plugin, and Leap motion profile. (All up to date versions) I have no problem downloading and installing Leap Motion software (Orion 4.0.0 released in June, 2018) and it worked well by itself. And then, I tried to connect leap motion to iClone Motion Live but it failed every time. After some trials, I found that iClone Motion Live has no problem with the previous version of Leap Motion software (Orion 3.2.1 released in December 2017).

The thing is, Orion's recent version catches the motions more precisely and stable. With the old version, which only works in iClone, the animation looks not good. Can Reallusion update the Leap motion profile accordingly?

Hi Min,

Have you enabled the WebSocket feature after installing Orion V4?
You can enable this feature with the following steps:
1. Run Leap Motion Control Panel.
2. In General tab, check "Allow Web Apps" checkbox.
3. Click OK or Apply, then try to connect Leap Motion Profile again.
The "Allow Web Apps" is unchecked by default. This will cause Leap Motion Profile connection failed.

Hi Irving,

Reallusion softwares are  all up to date as I mentioned earlier. It couldn't be outdated because I purchased all within one month. 
With Orion V4, the connection to the gear is always failed on the MotionLive. I followed your tutorial for the process, which is so simple. 
Please have a check on the recent leap motion profile.

First, please make sure your MotionLive and Profiles are all up to date.

We have added support for Orion V4 in Leap Motion Profile v1.1.2918.1 (released on May 21st, 2020)
Please let me know if there are still problems with Orion v4 after the update.
