Hi, I was able to run iClone7.1 previously on my desktop, but after installing the Special Effects Vol. 2 Natural Phenomenon RLD which I only just purchased as part of Reallusion's 9.99 deals I was unable to get back into iClone and am getting the message on startup "IClone 7 AP has stopped working".

Steps to reproduce:
1) I click on the iclone 7 icon in the start menu.
2) not long after iclone 7 error message pops up.

I also have a dump and log file which I created after seeing other posts on how to generate it with registry updates however cannot attach it to this ticket. I have however got the screenshot of the error message and will attach it to this ticket and can share the log and dump files when you are ready. Please do let me know how to send these to you.

Please let me know if you need anymore information. Unfortunately it means I have missed the other $9.99 deals this week as I was unable to get into the reallusion updates screen. Is it also possible to allow me to purchase these in hindsight due to this issue?
