Issue 6810
iClone freezes at startup frequently when using 3 monitors
Step 1: Attempt to start iClone with three monitors configured for extending desktop to all three displays

Result: 3 out 4 attempts the application will freeze and I must use task manager to end the process. 1 out of 4 times it will open correctly and I can user the application. This only happens when I have all three monitors enabled. Disabling either of my extended desktop monitors, in other words only using two monitors, results in iClone and CC3 opening correctly every time.

Note: I have the exact same experience with Character Creator 3. Both iClone and CC3 are pipeline editions. This issue never presents itself with 3dXchange 7 pipeline.

Monitors:
Display 1: LG 32GK850G 2560x1440 @ 144Hz
Display 2: ASUS VS248 1920x1080 @ 60Hz
Display 3: BenQ GW2765 2560x1440 @ 60Hz

System specifications:
Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (x64) Build 18363.778 (1909/November 2019 Update)

ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR VIII HERO (WI-FI) AMD X570

I'm having the same issue with 3 displays for both CC3 and Iclone
Sean O.
I am getting a similar issue running dual monitors. I am currently evaluating the trial and I hope this issue gets resolved as I have liked the little I have been able to test of it so far.

Has this been fixed yet through a patch? I am having the exact same problem. I have to disconnect my monitors to get around this bug.
This happens in Character Creator 3.32.3312.1 and iClone 7.82.4515. Both with the same symptoms as originally described in this issue.
My 3 displays are displays:

1 - 3840x2160 extended
1 - 3840x2160 extended
1 - 1920x1080 main

It happens to me as well, only one external 34 inch display with NVIDIA RTX-2070 graphic board. It is really annoying that both iClone7 and CC3 freeze frequently.
