iClone - Iray Render Doesn't Render Transparent Images Properly with De-Noiser Turned On
Ok, so I have carried out some further experimentation since my original Post and found that the issues I was facing with Iray wasn't a result of the IBL Lighting being applied, rather there appears to be a Bug with using the "De-noise" function that destroys the quality of an Image with "Transparent Background" selected in the "Export Settings" when rendering.

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks

This issue is the same as FT#5621. It has been fixed in the latest internal version.

This is a bug, sure. But for now just switch denoiser ON/OFF couple of times and the problem is gone :)
You have to do this for any project freshly opened.
