Issue 7042
iClone 7 can't load character via iAvatar or Stream, Crashes
I am using the trial version of iClone 7 and Character Creator 3 to evaluate this product for use in a project.
I attempt to send iClone 7 the default avatar created in Character Creator 3 by either export to iClone 7 or saving as a .iAvatar file.
However, either attempt causes iClone 7 to start loading the data and then crash somewhere past 25% completion when it attempts to convert data according to the loading bar. I attemped to update iClone 7 through the hub but it says I'm using the latest version (7.72 | English | Trial)

While the window closes, iClone7 still appears in my task manager as iClone 7 AP.

Any attempts to send the file again from character creator will fail unless I manually kill the task in task manager.
I try again, but the same issue occurs.

I read that drivers were an issue in the past. I have tried both the latest NVIDIA studio drivers as well as the game ready drivers and performed clean installation. The problem still occurs even after a full computer shutdown and restart.

I am using a GeForce RTX 2080 for driving my displays and applications. I also happen to have a Titan XP for other applications that can utilize the extra GPU for computation work but it is not connected to any displays or used by the system directly.

Currently I have the Studio Drivers of version 451.77 installed, but I have also tried Game Ready 451.67 as well as the previous studio driver release.

I am running windows 10 pro 10.0.18362, with 64 gigs RAM on two 4K monitors.
Other applications such as Maya, Blender, Unity, Substance Painter / Designer appear to work with no issue.

Any help would be appreciated so I can determine if these products suite our development pipeline.
