iClone 7 and Character Creator Crashes at Splash screen, won't open since last Windows update.
Crashes at splash screen. I have already added it to allowed applications Windows Defender. I also ran the recent Windows updates. It was working fine before the windows updates. Now I can't open iClone 7 or Character Creator 3. It is not giving me an error message. It hangs up and when I click close I get an hourglass and then it shuts down on both apps. Of course, you can't see the hourglass on this image. 3Dxchange7 opens just fine.

I uninstalled and reinstalled through the hub to see if that would resolve the issue. It did not

I have found the same issue and was able to run both Character Creator (3.32) and iClone (7.82) once I turned multi monitor off. Please fix this soon as possible as a single monitor workflow is very very difficault.
FYI: I have an NVIDIA RTX 2080 using 457.30 driver

I found that it was the smart database that was causing the problem. When I uninstalled that I was able to load beyond the splash. Of course, many of my items wouldn't load without it. Is there a way to roll back before that installation?
