Issue 858
iClone 6 PRO crash rendering version 6.53
It has already been sent to the support team and screenshots:

The problem has been when rendering, that I have tried to do for ranges (1-1000, 1-3000 ...) and at one time or another the application stops working.
I have happened with both MP4, AVI, 360 VR, removing supersampling and high quality shadow, and there is always a time when it stops working.
It does not matter if I'm doing something or not, since I left it at night rendering, and the same happens.

This has been discussed in the forum:
From November 30 to day 4, the application has stopped on 17 occasions, so it was a waste of time, and yet today, once I've reinstalled and only upgraded to version 5.3, It has not stopped and continues to render, (9 hours).

The temperature of the graphic card goes well 66ºC

Unfortunately we believe the issue is with the extremely large size of your project. A project size of 1.69GB is simply too large on most computers and memory issues are likely to occur which will cause crashes and stability issues.

It is very important to remember that project sizes are not infinite in iClone 6 and regular crashes with one particular project is often the result of the project reaching a size that iClone can no longer open and maintain stability on your computer.

The simplest solution if the size or complexity of the project is the problem, is to try to break the project into two or more smaller projects or reduce the complexity. This way you should not encounter the issue again. You can then edit the rendered videos together afterwards.
