and i have a surface pro 4 i have tried restarting my computer and redownloading iclone and the same thing keeps happenig
someone please hep me i just bought iclone 6 and i cant open it. when i open it it says not responding and if i click on it i crashes and if i try to open it again it just does the same thing.

This seems an individual issue that has to do with a specific setup. Did you try contacting Support or follow the suggestion given by raxel_67?
