iClone 6.42 crash in Windows 10
IClone 6.42 AP keeps crashing after a few minutes of work in Window 10.
Have tried to re-install iClone and updated graphics drivers, but no help.
After much testing discover that this only happens in DirectX11 mode (even in Quick Mode), in DirectX9 works well and without crashes.
My computer:
Intel i7-3930 3.2Hhz 16Gb
Windows 10
GeForce GTX 980 ti
GeForce GTX 780 Ti
OS: Windows 10

Please upgrade iClone to the latest version (v6.5). If the problem you mentioned still occurs, please submit a new feedback and provide the specific steps to help us reproduce it.

Here is an example to help you get started:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the product’s icon on the Desktop or Start Menu
2. Wait for it to launch
3. Navigate to Content Manage > Project
4. Select a random project and click on “Apply”
5. See whether that project can successfully be applied

ACTUAL RESULTS
The project can’t be applied

EXPECTED RESULTS
The project can be applied

and i have a surface pro 4 
i have tried restarting my computer and redownloading iclone and the same thing keeps happenig

someone please hep me 
i just bought iclone 6 and i cant open it. when i open it it says not responding  and if i click on it i crashes and if i try to open it again it just does the same thing.

Thanks, it works great now. Changed settings in Nvidia to only use GTX 980 :-)

This seems an individual issue that has to do with a specific setup. Did you try contacting Support or follow the suggestion given by raxel_67?
