headshot not listed as plug in choice

headshot does not clear when i change image or from auto to pro or pro to auto
i have to manual delete or cc3+ crashes

OS: Windows 10

Which settings that you set as 16K?
And as you mentioned, the problem was due to the disk space?

i have used clear hsd

crash was from setting 16k when system only able 2k
i load face image in auto then switch to pro to maintain hair while enhancing the facial features for a saved avatar.windows temp leaves artifact directories that should be closed and deleted when program shuts down.it consumes drive space.if you do multiple avatars

Could you capture a screen video to reproduce the crash issue?
Also, if you want to clear Headshot data, there's a function calls "Clear Headshot Data" inside Menu / Plugins / Headshot.
