cc3 freezes/crashes

also used the "Create cloth hair with fbx key" but not working. What the hell is an fbx key!? Importing clothes and other fbx to cc3 is not easy. MAKE IMPORTING FBX CLOTHES TO CC3 EASIER. IT SHOULD BE A NO BRAINER.


Also, CC3 takes way too long to load on ryzen 7, 32gb ram, 1070 ti. seriously guys, fix your buggy software.

I regret buying license and should have stuck to pirated software. iclone and cc3 are not ready or worthy of my money.

Thank you for your feedback.
I have tried and successfully created accessory from the helmet fbx file. Although the import process took about 3 minutes. The polygon count of the helmet is about 330K, which is relatively large for a single accessory and may lead to slow import performance. However, I will report this performance issue to the development team.
The “Create → Cloth, Hair, Acc (with FbxKey)” is designed for modification from existing content. Please ref to the on-line manual:
