can`t open saved project

iclone crashed while working tried to open the file after saving the project to descover that the file became .temp instead of .iproject i think some thing wrong with my version becouse it keep crashing on the same project for several time

OS: Windows 10

thank you for the replay sorry forgot to update that i solved the issue by changing the temp file name from properties to anther saved file by copy and past not by writing but i still have issue how to reduce the render time with iray render my issue now i ray need about 48 hours to render 2 min seen do you have any idea how to reduce that ( i tried to reduce the viewport prom custom to minimal and reduce the light (i have one spot light and two point lights in the seen i removed the point light )
