after 8.02 update IC8 and CC4 still crashing after loading any character and props crashing programs also.
I Just updated IC8 and CC4 to patch 8.02. both programs continue to crash when any character is loaded ! Weather the character is native to the new program versions, or older from versions 3. I run on Windows 7 Pro, with a GTX 1080ti and CC3 and IC7 work flawlessly. I sure do hope that future updates will make IC8 and CC4 usable at all on my system. Right now I can't even begin to work! Props will load in IC8 but if I try and apply materials etc. IC8 Crashes! Perhaps it's a windows 7 pro issue that needs specific attention? As I have a friend that is on windows 10 and he is not having the same problems. Please look into this. Thanks

Both iClone and cc4 are terribly slow, sluggish, glitchy, or whatever you prefer to call it. If I close the app and reopen it, I get a message saying the app is already open or it fails to load the content manager {Motion director for iclone}. I have been at it for months now trying to get better use out of the software, even going  ass far as to have a PC repair guy come to make sure there is nothing wrong with my pc and to check some settings. It's not the pc, it's the software and I thing Reallusion is aware of it. Starting to think they don't care. My pc has a gforce rtx 4090, a 64 core threadripper cpu and 64 gb ram. All of my other 3d software cuts like butter with this machine. I have put in a couple of tickets but am yet to receive any real help. There is nothing on you tube or the rest of the internet but complaints, no fixes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps several times per reallusion. Looks loike i'm in good company with all of you who bought software you can't use. I think the software would be awesome if it actually worked so i'm not giving up yet. Besides, i have a lot invested in content. Please help!

Please upgrade your AP to latest 8.3  to see if the crash issue still happen.
If so, please contact our Technical Support, they will give some further steps to solve the issue.

same here after update to iclone 8.22 and CC4.22 the software randomly crash cant click anywere loading time block to 25 % example : i working on a character or an animation i load a iprop or an other character and when it load it crash randomly like a every session i use, last  time i made a video on youtube of 30 seconde and it crash 5 times for 1 hour of work, this is not my computer because before this update all worked fine for me, i made a youtube live few days ago and it crash on live too you relly should test the stability of your software before launching an update

Same with me too, Since last few days , Both Iclone and CC4 not load props or Character as before. It takes more than 10 min to load single character. I don't know what to do
