acculips cannot align speech

after the latest update, using acculips in ANY capacity (e.g. replica studio link , or dwonload from there, acculips cannot align the words you must do that manually, i have included a file that you can use to reporduce the issue

OS: Windows 11

here is the screenhot, i even tried text to speechand acculips can't align, i have top do it manually.
