Xsens finger tracking data has finger bone animation inverted, both 3DX imports and Motion Live
This file was provided by Xsens and contains hand tracking data from their Manus gloves:

Load it in 3DXchange as a non-standard character, I mapped with this profile:

As soon as you apply it to a character in iClone 7, the hand bones invert, curving the T-pose resting position upwards. Also all animation is inverted. This happens with Motion Live profile for Xsens as well.

This is resolved, the resolution was choosing the Maya Humanoid IK skeleton in 3DXchange!

I save another 3dxProfile,it will Fingers don't tilt up,you can try it again.And provide then Xsens motion file to us.If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
