Working with the new Livelink crashes my system

I can't seem to get past the "Transfer Files" step with the iClone 7.9 version. The file in question is nothing special, just a CC3+ character. After hitting the transfer button the normal command line window does its thing, then after about a minuet or so the screen locks up, I get the win10 version of a blue screen, it crashed, then a hard reboot. I've been dealing with this for a while now. I've installed new everything, iClone, Unreal Livelink, Auto setup, ect... I've dumped all of the old RL folders out of UE and reinstalled, still nothing but crashes. Can I get a little help on this? Thanks

Hi 7imprice,

Can you import other FBX(for example: Mixamo FBX) to Unreal?

When your system crash,please open event Views(right-click cumputer,choose Manage)，find the crash report,and capture a screen shot and attach it in your next comment.

1. Did you transfer file successfully before iClone7.9?
2. Did you transfer file successfully only with iClone default project in Clone7.9?
3. Please export the character'FBX from iClone,and import IT to Unreal project,will your computer restart?
4. Please capture a screen shot after bluke screen and attach it in your next comment

Everything crashed. My computer locked up at the end of the video and the whole system did a hard restart... this happens every time I try to transfer to Unreal from iClone.
