Will not run in offline mode

Dispite being told that version 1.1 of smart gallery would run in offline mode. It still doesnt

It doesnt matter whether I select offline mode or untick the plugin or both when CC3 starts it enables the plugin then enables the online mode and connects to realussions remote servers.

I know this because if I pull the network cable before starting CC3 I get the "cant connect to remote server warning"

STOP SAYING IT DOES

ITS CURRENT METHOD OF OPERATION IS A VIOLATION OF ENDUSER PRIVACY AS IT ENABLES REALUSION TO TRACK END USERS USE OF THIER PRODUCTS

The system file is not attached as my system has nothing to do with the wat this plugin works
