When a layer is having some special character "Lanuch in external Editor" fails to open.
I observed below bug: 1. My layer name is "Hue/Saturation 1 copy 7" in my PSD file. If i do somechanges in PSD its reflecting properly in my CTA4. 2. But when i try to launch from CTA 4 using "Launch in external editor" it fails.

WORKAROUND: workaround is changing the layername in PSD OR Opening the complete PSD and edit.
