STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch CrazyTalk 8
2. Click anywhere on desktop when launching CrazyTalk 8
ACTUAL RESULT
Welcome dialog doesn't appear and all function buttons in CrazyTalk 8 are disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Welcome dialog appears
2. All function buttons are enabled
