Virtual Human Heads - Not as shown on your website
Sirs,
I just bought 5 of the Virtual Human Heads.
When I apply the hi-res heads, the results are nothing like what you show on your website (see comparison image attached). They appear as low-res and very low quality.

When I downloaded the content, there was an 'additional file' [zip] for download. I did. When I unzipped the files I see something with '3DXFaceAnimProfile' in the file name. What are these for? And if they are applicable to CC3,where do I put them in the file structure?

By the way, your Technical Support link does not work ... the form fails to load.
