I dont know if Crazytalk is still in development but I think crazy talk 9 could be possible.
I've suggested this feature for ic8 but should be available for CC4 as well. Users can benefit with a light weight application such as crazy talk for vblogging/live streaming but you should also give users control for mixing in transition videos, live or scheduled on screen text & graphics. Crazy talk should also allow other 3D characters to be imported with a marque to select just the region of the head area to render.
AI Realtime Upscale for low quality VBlog stream capture -low quality video video stream keeps video stability while locally AI upscales the video in the background.
There should be no other 3rd party applications running for video capture to keep performance high. A separate Floating window to be placed on another monitor should be all that is needed for managing sound and VFX..
