Using custom dictionary in preference doesn't work

Loading the German dictionary file (Reallusion\iClone 7\Resource\ICTextToSpeech\Dictionary\de.dict) in the preferences breaks the acculips/viseme generation. With custom dictionary none of the words are recognized anymore.

OS: Windows 10
