I want to update to Update to iclone 6.5 , give me error like in photo attached

Thank you very much for your feedback.

If warning dialog "Setup has detected that iClone is in use. Please close the application and click OK to continue." appears, the following steps will allow you to upgrade iClone:

1. Switch to “iClone”

2. Navigate to Menu > File > Exit, close the program

3. Switch back to the patch, click "OK " and follow the steps to upgrade "iClone” to the latest version

You need to quit out of iClone and then hit "OK". :)
